Tips： We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

All Purchases (except clearance items, swimwear, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Purchases Not Eligible for Return

Clearance items and free gifts are not eligible for return.

Swimwear is not eligible for return.

Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.

You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1) We do not accept any refunds request for items that we have not received, or products that have been used by the customer.

2)An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;

3)Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.

About Refund

The refund amount will be the amount you actually paid. If you purchased using a coupon or discount, the amount you paid after the discount will be refunded. In the case of returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and only the defective product itself will be dealt with.

After the returned product arrives at our company, after checking the returned product, the refund procedure will be completed in about one week (excluding weekends and holidays).

We will bear the handling fee for the refund.
